Today’s workout focuses on burning stubborn fat.

I like to start my workout with at least 20 minutes of elevated heart rate by doing the incline treadmill.

I find I burn more calories by doing incline of 15 at a speed of 4 mph. My goal is for long term health & max amount of calories burnt. For example in 20 minutes running at 6.0 mph I burn 220 calories, if I do incline at 4.0 mph for 20 minutes I burn 320 calories.

  • 20 minutes of incline treadmill at 15, & speed of 4.0 mph
  •  2×10 lat pull down at 90 lb
  • 3×10 lat pull down at 80 lb
  • 3×11 bench bent over rows 80 lb
  • 3×10 row machine 80 lb
  • 1×10 row machine 60 lb
  • 1×10 row machine 30 lb
  • 1×10 row machine 60 lb
  • 1×10 row machine 80 lb
  • 3×10 dumbbell curls 20 lb
  • 3×10 dumbbell bent over rows 25lb
  • 10 BOSU ball push-ups & 25 sit ups x 4
  • Yoga & rolling out
